Please join us for a fascinating, informative lecture from Rabbi Dr. Shlomo Riskin, Chief Rabbi of Efrat on the topic of “Moses’ vision of Israel, and how that vision plays out today” Internationally renowned educator, speaker and author Rabbi Dr. Shlomo Riskin is a popular speaker. Rabbi Riskin has also published five books, scores of articles and monographs on Judaism and contemporary issues, as well as a weekly column which is syndicated in newspapers worldwide. The Brooklyn-born rabbi also serves as the founding Head Rabbi of Efrat, Israel, where he resides with his wife, Vicky and his extended family. All are welcome. Zoo Torah uses Torah an aid for wildlife education, and it uses wildlife as an aid for Torah education. Rabbi Natan Slifkin, a.k.a. “the Zoo Rabbi”, is a lecturer at yeshivot and seminaries in Israel, the author of numerous books on Torah and the natural world, and has taught Zoo Torah to thousands of people worldwide. Drawing inspiration from the beauty and wonder of the natural world is valued by all, and Judaism rates it as a religious obligation.
